Just for today daily meal plan : day 4!

Anti-Inflam Green Juice with the LO!

Fresh Blackberries (LO's fav:) followed by Scones (I'm human)

Living Green Soup made with fresh pears, watercress & pecans

Or Raw Marinated Kale salad with lentil sprouts

Heroes of the year would have to be the delicated health professionals voluntarily risking their lives to help others.
