Apples, avocado, banana, cukes, dates, occasional eggs if very fresh, buckwheaties, bell pepper,arugula,raw health's suaerqraut, nut / seed butters, leafy greens, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, kelp noodles, raw health's apple cider vinegar, rock / watermelon, pineapple, berries, org cauliflower, org celery, herbs, cherries, plums, seeded black grapes,  physalis, fresh figs, coyo, apples, pears, seed pate, pecans, walnuts, macadamias, mint wild bars, love chock 'vanilla & mulberry'  pumpkin, carrot,  watercress, cavelo nero, moringa pwd, bee pollen, spirullina, acai etc. org blueberries / strawberries / raspberries...

March 2014 * Health Challenge

As a food-addict & compulsive overeater one will abstain from the trigger binge foods(org cukes, zucchini, romaine, collards, cavelo nero are my friends;-) for ultimate freedom!

Personal trigger binge foods include:

Gluten especially wheat, bread, pasta etc.

Sugar

Dairy (butter I'm talking about you)

Cooked and processed foods ie anything made in a plant that comes in a packet etc.

Vigor foods include:

Org cukes, cavelo nero, org berries, nuts, coconut water etc.
