March 2014 * Health Challenge

As a food-addict & compulsive overeater one will abstain from the trigger binge foods(org cukes, zucchini, romaine, collards, cavelo nero are my friends;-) for ultimate freedom!

Personal trigger binge foods include:

Gluten especially wheat, bread, pasta etc.

Sugar

Dairy (butter I'm talking about you)

Cooked and processed foods ie anything made in a plant that comes in a packet etc.

Vigor foods include:

Org cukes, cavelo nero, org berries, nuts, coconut water etc.

Daily meal plan one day at a time(thx Angela:-)...
