Happy New Year : 2015!

Quite a challenging year was 2014 looking forward to a more productive and better 2015!

The same old mental blocks can prevent us from moving forward and upwards, the past does not equal your future. Forget the past(that's history) living in the present moment is all that matters('tis a gift:)! You are not the mind & body, just pure consciousness; we are one!

Just for today daily meal plan : day 1

Green pud made with ripe bananas, spinach & raw cacao nibs(great way to start a brand new year:).

Raw soup with baby red peppers, spirulina and houmous(see pic:).

Whatever's available(frugal fifteen challenge:)!
