Just recently discovered the easiest and simplest method by far is the inoculation one where you sterilise the glass jars, heat gently the coconut milk or cream mixture(including the contents of the pro biotic capsules and sweetener if using) and leaving it an a warm place for 24 hours or so ie an unused oven with the light on!
