Just for today!

Anti-inflammatory green smoothie shared with the wee one(see pic:)!

Black-eye beans with the raw & vegan kale marinated salad(made last night:) & possibly some basmati brown rice?

Something light for supper

Snacks: might include satsumas & or some of my nourishingly-tasty natural 'fudge'(only 3 tree-crop ingriendients too)!
