Just for today(meal plan)!

Breakfast: oats, banana, raw rice protein, pecans & a drizzle of maple / carob fruit syrup.

Lunch & Dinner: creamy alfredo sauce(cashew-based:) on a bed of sea spaghetti.

Snacks: fresh fruit, air-dried beet chips or raw love chock chocolate?!!!

* prior to breakfast I had a green sunshine juice.
