Large bowl saute* kale
Cherimoya aka custard fruit(very, very sweet)
Green Smoothie(pineapple & spinach)
Pecans, leftover pb / banana on 100% Polish rye, sweetened fomage frais*
* I used to quite like saute kale but it has really lost it's appeal compared with the delightful raw, marinated 'au natural' version(purer taste-buds I guess:)
As for the dairy(not mine), why oh why(not even organic:( ???
Breakfast: oats, banana, raw rice protein, pecans & a drizzle of maple / carob fruit syrup.
Lunch & Dinner: creamy alfredo sauce(cashew-based:) on a bed of sea spaghetti.
Snacks: fresh fruit, air-dried beet chips or raw love chock chocolate?!!!
* prior to breakfast I had a green sunshine juice.
Breakfast: see Wednesday's post
Lunch: hm raw & vegan green custard with omega 3(see picture:)
Dinner: probably the same or some green tea / kelp noodles in a simple raw cider vinegar dressing?!!!
Snacks: air-dried beet chips?!!"

Lunch: fav simple, raw kale & tomato salad with org garlic, pink salt & olive oil.
Dinner: raw & vegan custard made from tree-fruit & nuts or another raw & vegan pud?!!!
Snacks: ripe frult, green smoothie, air-dried beet chips, halva or love chock raw chocolate!
