Breakfast: oats, raw rice protein, ripe banana, pecans & a drizzle of vanilla maple / carob syrup blend.
Lunch: fav simple, raw kale & tomato salad with org garlic, pink salt & olive oil.
Dinner: raw & vegan custard made from tree-fruit & nuts or another raw & vegan pud?!!!
Snacks: ripe frult, green smoothie, air-dried beet chips, halva or love chock raw chocolate!
