Brunch: Green Smoothie: kale, watercress, frozen ripe banana, 2S.Asian mangoes and water! so good I shared this with my 15m son:-)
Lunch: 2 soft-boiled eggs, followed by some tasty air-dried beet chips* and mixed seeds!
Supper would probably include a treat like some gluten-free cake:-)
* The beet chips are excellent addition to a growing child's diet as they taste great( If you are anything like me and love raw beets you'll love them:-) containing nothing but (-dried) plus the antioxidant, vitamin c; great healthy alternative to the fried potato chip for sure! Bear loves them:-)
