Cheat breakfast: sticky, ginger buns* with a wee bit of oats & soy milk.
Green juice: kale & cukes
Veggie soup with wholegrain bread*
Snacks: beet chips(air-dried)
Yesterday's Supper was a very tasty pineapple, pear,kale & cucumber green juice..
Followed by a cheat meal of chip shop, chip wholemeal baguette (half of a small one) with watercress!
* buns were reduced to 9p for a pack of six(just had to try 'em;)! Will be making my own in future:)
