Seasonal Gingerbread!
Sweet potatoes Org wholegrain spelt flour Free-range eggs or tofu / vegan substitute 4 tsp ground ginger tsp baking powder Bake & eat(NB It is quite addictive:-)! Lovely served with some oats(cold)for breakfast! Thanks Laura(Durham:-)for the idea!
