Seasonal Gingerbread!
Sweet potatoes
Org wholegrain spelt flour
Free-range eggs or tofu / vegan substitute
4 tsp ground ginger
tsp baking powder
Bake & eat(NB It is quite addictive:-)!
Lovely served with some oats(cold)for breakfast!

Nourishing-Good Brownies!
Just like to share a *long-term tried and tested family-favorite recipe that is a wnner with everyone(no guilt too:)
Organic walnuts
organic medjool dates
good carob powder(I recommend Shazzie's brand or Rapunzel:-)
pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Process the above in a FP, line a tin and refrigerate!
